Took a break....now Im back

Ok. So I took a day or so to myself. No biggie it's not like I have any followers. I just like to use my phone for other than calling people and this is a great way for me to talk without having anyone talk back. If anyone does read this.... Did I mention I have a tumblr. Happy Holiday

It's Christmas Eve Eve!!!! I still don't have all the stuff I want for my kids (procrastination).... Still haven't bought my moms gift. Still haven't done all the stuff i was gonna do for work. Ugh. I hate it when I'm not on my game. I just pray I get things handled today....and look cute while doin it.

Ahhh the holiday break

So. Since I work in education me and the kids have been off for the holiday break for 3 days now. I've ran, laughed, played, went out with my girls, and relaxed. So far so good. Hope the rest of the break continues to go my way.

Feels so good....loving somebody...and that somebody loves you back

I'm young, married, an it's a good feeling. Hopefully my hubby will stay around to help me raise our kids and grow old with me. Marriage is a gift from God

Morning Motivation

I had told myself that I would wake up in the morning and make time for devotion and prayer. I came across this quote and figured even though its not in the bible it sounds like it should be. I personally think the Lord just want us to be positive and doers of good. Hopefully whether you're spiritual or not this will encourage positive thoughts in your life.

Leopard and Starbucks

Recently I've had an obsession with leopard print. Normally I'm a giraffe print kinda girl, but I think all the jersey people on tv have given me an unnatural love for all things leopard. Plus (call me crazy)... I've just hit the world wide love for Starbucks. I know people love the coffee; but I love the everything else. The Hot Apple Caramel Spice Drinks...The Holiday Lattes.... The breads....yogurts....Green Teas!!!!! It's just crazy what all a coffee shop can do for your life. Anywho. If u can get what I'm feeling in words, here are a couple of pics that express it like I wanna say it.

Mos Def Shouting Shoes

Ok. Did anybody else scream when they saw these shoes? Like. It's just not right that all this fabulousness be on a foot. I can't wait to get a pair of these. (but it looks like I'll have to). I don't even know if it's fair to buy a shoe like this while there are still people who go hungry everyday and live in poverty. This is truly a shoe that could feed a small village somewhere. Lol. Oh well... Maybe I'll just try them on instead.

Sundays...my favorite day of the week

I love to get together during the week and on Sundays with like minded Christians. I'm young, married, with kids; so its good to fellowship with people who are like myself and my family. God is so good to me....even when I'm not good to myself. Here are a couple of pics from today.

Holiday fashion

Ok ok... I don't even need it to be a Holiday to wear these boots. They are just year round adorable. And the dress...well... It gets 2 thumbs up for Christmas Couture! Last but not least, the bag! I need it in my life. Seriously (it's a necessity)

Pearly Girl

I feel like such a lady when I wear pearls. Ya know; like I'm gettin my Michelle Obama on. Pearls go with just about everything. I even wear them with jean. One day I'll get real ones; but for right now the fake ones will do.

Better Done than Said

Sometimes I feel like my day just rushes by. Kids, breakfast, work, kids, dinner, husband. I really need to take more personal time with God. When I have troubled times i feel like he doesn't always hear me. Maybe it because of my lack of prayer that I don't know what His voice sounds lie when he doesn't talk back. My prayer today is that I will take more time to know Him better. Take time to pray.. .everyday.

Why is it that when I dress myself I never look this good. Or maybe I don't have the courage to put stuff like this together. Either way this is o-so-fabulous and o-so-me! Gotta get the nerve and fashion sense to do this myself.
